You receive a complete first proposal, with the main stops, accommodations, and transportation. It is free and with no obligation, and it already lets you picture the trip.

Let’s refine your trip together

We refine the itinerary, the places, the pace, and the budget with you. The design fee is deducted in full from the final amount when you confirm your trip with us.

A first conversation (by phone, on WhatsApp or through the form) to understand what you have in mind. You then receive a free first draft itinerary, which we refine together until it feels like yours.

That’s true for half of our travelers! Tell us what appeals to you (nature, culture, adventure, doing nothing at all) and we’ll suggest destinations you might never have thought of. Sometimes Botswana turns out to be the better answer to a dream of Kenya.

The main stops in the proposed order, the pace of the trip, first ideas for accommodation and transportation, and a budget range. Enough to picture yourself there and react, not yet the detail of each day: that is built in the next step, with you.

It covers the work that follows the free draft, if you decide to go further: researching the places, checking availability, detailed costing and successive adjustments. It is deducted in full from the price of the trip when you confirm with us.

As many as it takes. Each version refines the places, the pace and the budget; you react to the whole or to a single detail, and we start again from there. Nothing is booked until you are comfortable with every stage.

We book and confirm every service, prepare the day-by-day roadbook and pass on the useful contacts. During the trip, the concierge service stays reachable 24/7 and a local partner takes over on the ground. Back home, a conversation to keep what mattered.
